Additional work beyond the agreed project scope is billed separately. Minor tweaks may be included at no extra cost, but excessive requests may be charged at $10–$15 per hour.
Zyneto takes reasonable care and skill in project execution but excludes any warranties regarding accuracy, quality, or timelines. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Projects are delivered in stages, and subsequent stages commence only after payment for the previous stage is received. Ownership transfers upon completion and full payment.
These terms are governed by Indian law. All parties agree that disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Project Showcase: Zyneto reserves the right to display completed projects as references to attract new clients. Clients wishing to restrict this must inform us in advance.
